Such a pretty girl - the setting

Such a pretty girl takes place in a town called Estertown, but I'm not sure if it in fact is a real city.
I tried looking it up on Google but I found nothing.
The main character, Meredith, is (so far) mainly in three different places; in her family's home, her best friend Andy's place and in her grandmother Leah Louisa's house.
About the first two homes... I don't know if they live in a house or in an apartment.
It's often written that Meredith is running from her home to Andy's, but that doesn't mean that she lives in a house. It could be that they live in two different buildings. However, I think that Meredith's family and Andy doesn't live in a very good place. I don't mean that they live in a neighbourhood where everybody uses drugs (although, I think that some of them do) and where people can't afford food. What I mean is that it's not a very expensive block to live on.

Meredith's grandmother, on the other hand, lives in a very nice neighbourhood, and you get the feeling that Meredith loves her grandmother's home.
"My grandmother, Leah Louisa Delklap, lives at the east end Estertown. The houses are stately, graced with
gently rolling lawns and ancient maples."

Inside her house it's also very classy.
"The bedrooms are beautiful, guest rooms out of a magazine, with polished wood floors and thick throw rugs, matching sheets and comforters, and tons of fringed pillows. The walls have framed old-fashioned paintings on them, one with rich, blue hydrangea bushes and one with lush ponk roses."
